  My mum at age 75 booked a trip via you for the pacific pearl in March, she enjoyed the trip but has had a drama after the trip ends, pacific pearl over charged her for something she did not buy. She then ask for a refund, this is taken 6 weeks to come from the USA. The free $500 ship credit was also deducted, when questioned why, we got a sorry they will refund, well it's been a month. On contacting hello world to help they washed he there hands and said we need to deal with pacific pearl. Not good enough, you sold and made the ticket, where is your customer service. NEVER USE THESE THEVES.....
